Returns & Refund Policy

At BBActive, we back our products and want you to be stoked with your order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Returns

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.


Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’re after.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is faulty

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at staff.buringbridges@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.


How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)
